• Front: An image of a horse rider to the left, a rectangular shape with smaller icons inscribed – possibly symbolizing the eternal feast, and one more figure to the right, holding the horse’s lead rope with one hand, and a crooked stick. Additional indistinct icons due to the tombstone being weathered down. Some inscriptions are spottable.
• Back: Three crosses under arches.
• Top: Inscriptions with damaged date. 

Sides: No carvings.
