Front side. The deceased with arms crossed on the chest is depicted with long braided hair. Following this appear what seems to be an inkwell with a pen, then a musical instrument, a plate, and a jar. The scene is completed in the upper zone with three simple linear crosses.

Back side. Under three arches are cross motifs, each different from the other. The entire surface is enclosed within a plaited-rope ornament band.

Lateral sides. Each side bears a woven cross.

Upper side. Concave, marked only with a straight line.
