Front side. At the center is the deceased with arms crossed on the chest, rendered in simple, linear forms. On either side are carved simple linear crosses.

Back side. Under two deeply carved arches are simple crosses.

Lateral sides. On one side only is a simple cross.

Upper side. Without ornamentation.
