• Front (left → right): Rider on horse; trio of figures—first one holds the reins of the horse, second figure wears crown; two rightmost share a cup bearing eternity symbol, rightmost also holds a vase – this is the figure of a cupbearer.
• Back: Crosses on rear carved under arches, within braided borders.
• Right side: Inscriptions (“Here lies Hakhnazar”).

Left side: Simple cross.
Top: Inscriptions are present, but unreadable.
