• Front: Divided by two arches – possibly symbolizing the two worlds – earthly and heavenly. 
  • Under left arch: eternal feast (table, vase, mug, two figures – left holding a cup, right playing a musical instrument).
  • Under right arch: horse‑rider (probable deceased).
• Left side: Vase sprouting Tree of Life.
• Back: Four carved crosses under arches, bordered in braids.

Top: Inscribed epitaph, naming the deceased and the date of his passing.
