Front side. Depicted are three cloaked figures, two of whom hold the outstretched arms of the central figure. A similar composition appears on the Tsovak 06-01 tombstone. The scene continues with symbolic and everyday elements: a plate with the sign of eternity, a jar, a table laden with food, a musical instrument, a pair of shears, a knife with a hooked end, and a club. The composition is framed with a simple woven lattice band.

Back side. Three niche-shaped fields contain stylized cross motifs. These are framed with a double-layer border, the outer layer a meander-like chain, the inner a plaited-rope band. The carved surface is entirely filled, leaving no empty space.

Lateral sides. Each side depicts a single cross motif.
